Questions about our vintage treasures
We believe that the little ‘flaws’ give an object character, but you don't have to worry about the quality of the objects. Every single vintage treasure in our shop is carefully examined by our experts. Chips, cracks and other patina are precisely recorded. This data is listed for each item in the product view under ‘Details’.

Unfortunately, reservations are not possible! You can only feel like the owner of a vintage treasure and a co-creator of its history once you have paid for and completed your order.

2) Attributed to - The designer or producer is not clearly definable, but the object can be attributed to certain artists as obvious characteristics exist that make this possible.
Thanks to our art historical expertise with over 15 years of experience, we are experts in design history and brand knowledge. When purchasing vintage treasures, we pay attention to the quality and original condition.
If necessary, we work with restorers who have decades of experience themselves.
Every unique piece at Tandlas comes with a certificate of authenticity that certifies the quality and the art-historical examination.

All items in our shop are individual items. Therefore, the right of the faster applies here. (This can also happen while you are at the checkout).

Immediately after your order you will receive an order confirmation from us.
If we send your vintage treasures by post, we will also send you a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. This means you can always check the status of your parcel.
If your order is processed by a logistics company, you will not only receive a tracking link. The transport company will also contact you to arrange a delivery date.
In Austria, “used goods” are subject to differential taxation within the meaning of Section 24 UStG. This means that VAT may not be shown. An tax deduction is therefore excluded.
Before you order, all items will be carefully checked. Then we pack them safely in chlorine and acid free tissue paper.

Questions about shipping and delivery of your order
We ship throughout the EU as well as Norway, Great Britain and Switzerland. Please note that vintage treasures that require courier shipping cannot be delivered to Malta, Cyprus and the United Kingdom.
We can also organize shipping to other countries upon request. Please simply contact us.
Of course, we will also be happy to help you with any other questions you may have about shipping your order.
Our shipping costs are broken down according to the size of the package and delivery address. You can find the exact cost breakdown here .
Our shipping costs are automatically added to your shopping cart. For example, if you want to order a table and a vase, the shipping costs for each vintage treasure may be listed and charged together.
For customers outside the EU, the costs for customs clearance (export declaration) are included in the stated transport costs. However, depending on the customs regulations of the respective country, import customs fees may apply, which you usually have to pay before receiving the goods.
We send parcelable vintage treasures via Austrian Post. Larger and fragile items will be shipped with one of our shipping partners. Shipping via both partners is insured and CO2 neutral.
We will inform you in detail about the transport process after your order by email.
The delivery time for your order is broken down by package size and destination country.
Vintage treasures that can be packaged usually reach you in Austria within 3-5 working days. Shipping such packages takes 5-8 working days to Germany and 7-14 working days to the rest of the EU.
The delivery times for items that require a forwarding agent depend on the respective forwarding agent and the respective delivery location. Shipments within Austria, to other EU countries and Switzerland usually take 2-5 weeks.
For larger orders, such as tableware sets, it may happen that we send several packages. Of course, you will receive a tracking email for each package.
If your vintage treasures are sent via post, delivery on a desired date is not possible.
If your vintage treasures are shipped with one of our shipping partners, a delivery date will automatically be agreed. The shipping company will contact you about this.
Our standard shipping service is 'curbside delivery.' This means the delivery will be made to the sidewalk of the specified delivery address. Unfortunately, we cannot provide transport into your home.

Yes. Local delivery of your order is possible in the greater Vienna area. It is carried out by a partner company and costs €60.
Questions about returns & exchanges
Oh dear! We're terribly sorry! Please send us an email that includes your order number and documents the damage photographically. We will take care of your concern as quickly as possible and will definitely find a satisfactory solution!

A return is possible within 14 days of delivery. Please send us an email with your details. We will immediately send you a return label.
Please note that return shipping is at your expense! The amount may vary depending on the size of the parcel and the address. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from the amount we refund to you, and in order to exercise your right of return, you must only have tried out the goods as you would in a shop and return them to us complete, in their original condition, undamaged and free of defects.
Once we have received your return and the item has been accepted and checked by logistics, we will refund the corresponding amount to the payment method you used for the purchase within 14 days. Please note that it may take up to 10 working days for the credited amount to appear in your account.
Since we only sell selected individual pieces, it is unfortunately not possible to exchange your vintage treasures.
However, please write us an email containing your order number and the reason why you would like to exchange your vintage treasure. We will deal with your request as quickly as possible and are sure to find a solution!
