Cancellation policy & cancellation form
Consumers are entitled to a right of cancellation in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who enters into a transaction that is not part of their business.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is fourteen days and begins from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods or, in the case of partial deliveries, the last goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached sample cancellation form, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.
Consequences of cancellation
If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments that we have received from you immediately and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we receive notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever is the earliest.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case within fourteen days at the latest from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their condition, properties and functionality.
Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of cancellation
The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who, at the time of the conclusion of the contract, do not
member state of the European Union and whose sole place of residence and delivery
delivery address are outside the European Union at the time the contract is concluded,
unless the law at the consumer's place of residence provides for such a right of cancellation.
Furthermore, the right of cancellation does not apply to contracts for the delivery of
goods
which are delivered sealed and are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, provided that the seal has been removed after delivery
which are manufactured according to customer specifications or are clearly customised to personal requirements.
