Shipping

Shipping is subject to a fee and charges vary depending on the destination country and type of parcel. Please check the table below for the exact costs.

We ship free of charge within Austria from an order value of € 50,- and to Germany by post for parcels in the Normal category.

With postal shipping, your vintage treasure will be with you in 3-5 working days within Austria and in 5-8 working days in Germany. The delivery time within the EU is 8-10 working days.

Delivery by a forwarding agent takes 2-5 weeks on average. Unfortunately, shipping to the UK, Malta and Cyprus is not possible.

If sending your order by post is too unecological for you or you live just around the corner, you can of course also collect your order from us in person! Please make an appointment with us. Just send us an e-mail.

Returns

You can return your vintage treasure to us within 14 days of delivery. Here's how it works:

• Pack the items carefully to avoid transport damage. The items should not show any additional signs of use, e.g. dirt, scratches, etc. Any existing signs of use are always listed in detail in the product description.
• To return an item, please send us a short email with the key details of your order (name, order number and reason for return). We will send you a returns label immediately.
• Please note that the costs for the return shipment are borne by the customer. These correspond to the shipping costs according to the table above. This amount will be deducted from the amount we refund to you.

As soon as we have received the return, we will refund you the purchase value minus the fee for the return shipment. Please note that it may take a few days for the amount to reach you.
